Refund Policy Customers who are consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.

The withdrawal must be sent to the platform operator at [email protected] by means of a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, the attached sample withdrawal form (Appendix II) in the Terms and Conditions may be used, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is suAicient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the platform operator will immediately, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal from the contract is received, refund the registration fee – if it has already been paid. For the refund, the platform operator will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

THE PLATFORM OPERATOR POINTS OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER LOSES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AS SOON AS HE/SHE BEGINS EXECUTION OF THE SIMULATED BUSINESS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THIS PERIOD.
